I have had an MSN email for over 20 years, and recently (about a year) changed to an iMac. I am using Outlook for Mac but have been using the MSN email on my iPhone for over 10 years with no issues. In July, I had a senior caregiving company send me email but it never came through and didn't go to junk. The only cure was to use a different non Microsoft email account. Then, in July, the same thing happened with a garage remodel company, and now a solar company. I am not surer what is causing this and use the MSN email as my primary personal. Now these stragglers go elsewhere, and I am not comfortable with it. Along the same lines, the solar company will charge me to change my email again if I needed to. Not sure what direction to go here. Looking for advice.

Sheesh... as if it should be hard to let the customer update the address.

I don't think the mac is the problem... I know Microsoft often blocks IP or domains that spam, mostly if too many people report them as spammers as opposed to filters that say the messages look spammy.

Forwarding the mail won't do any good - because it sounds like these messages are being removed at the gateway level, before they hit the inbox.
