Customized Ribbon lost every now and then

I'm on Outlook 2019
I'm loosing my customized Ribbons in contact and inbox view and also the customized Ribbon and my contact form is replaced by standard ribbon once a day.

Furthermore, I have to import my settings, but after a while it is changed to standard again.

Is This a known issue?
Any idea how to solve this?

I lost my ribbon - discovered it went from the main Outlook (explorer) window to the forms ribbon. I recreated it and its fine, except the simplified ribbon is a separate customization, so I lose them if I switch to simplified. (I have outlook on a big monitor, so I don't need to use the simplified ribbon.)

Try turning off cloud sync - although I don't think it will help with the ribbon, it may help if you are losing other settings.

Go to File > Options > General.
In the Cloud Storage Options, remove the check from "Store my Outlook settings in the cloud"

I just noticed that also the customized quick start toolbar is lost

Where are these settings stored?
How can I back up my ribbons on contact, inbox, contact view etc. & quick start toolbar
Are these all stored in one file when I export them?
