Hi,
We are migrating to Office 365. Our plan is first to migrate to the services in Office 365, and hereafter upgrade our clients from Office 2010 to Office 2013.
For the first tests, we have had some problems with Outlook 2010 and Office 365, why we decided to upgrade to Outlook 2013 and keep the rest of the Office suite on 2010.
This now gives us the problem that ribbon buttons are grayed out in Outlook 2013.
The reason we do not want to upgrade the full suite now, is that we have a lot of addins and custom templates that first must be tested.
Is it possible to get Outlook 2013 to work with Office 2010, with ther ribbon functions for tables, SmartArt, screenshots, etc.?
Thanks for the guidance.
Ian
