booklet printing in outlook 2007

In attempting to create a contact book for printing I want to be able to have 2 pages per side on letter head landscaped such that with reverse printing I get all the pages printed out so that when I fold the booklet they are in order. It seems that I get page 1 and 2 on the same side. this not what I want. At one time I could print it in this manner, but it seems I lost those settings. The best example is my last printed book which had 34 pages.The centre page print 18 and 19 on one side and 17 and 20 on the other side. "duplicate reverse"
I have a samsung clp-610nd with double sided capability.

Duplex printing was broken and later fixed in one version, I thought 2010, but it's possible they broke it again. :( If you print to a pdf them print that double sided, does it print correctly? That was the fix when it was broken (You might need to add a blank page at the beginning of the document.)
I'll see what I can find out, although I'm sure nothing will change since it's Outlook 2007 and nearing it's end of life.
