Printing Category Key on Calendar

I've used Outlook for a long time and am trying to convince my coworkers to embrace the functionality of its capabilities. I've built categories for the different types of meetings that we have, but was wondering if there was a way to print a key of the colors/names of each category when I print the calendar. I've not been able to figure that one out. I've exhausted my patience with google and thought I'd try here. Thanks.
 
No, not easily. You can add them to the footer - go into print options, page setup. You won't be able to print a lot of lines, and you're limited to black/white text.

IMHO, handwriting the key or if you plan to do this a lot, prepare labels to stick on the printed calendar, is easier than using the footer.
