I need a macro that can work by applying a shortcut in Outlook. The macro should be fairly simple but i do not know macros in outlook. I need the macro to open the email attachment and print the document adding a date and time stamp in a header justified right with the wording "Received in Finance - "(date and time stamp).
Could the macro specify to send the attachment to the printer hold or locked queue?
The majority of the docs that we receive are PDF but we also receive Word and Excel docs as well. I know that we probably will need a PDF editor to be able to edit the PDF doc unless you have a macro that can work for PDF's with Adobe viewer.
