I'm wanting to automatic the process of inserting my Availability calendar into an email. I've refined the process down to the following commands, but don't know how to create a Marco/Script for Outlook to automate the process.

My process of inserting a calendar into an email:
<Alt> hn
<Alt> noca
<Alt> dl
<Alt> rs
<Tab> today
<Tab>
<Tab> sunday
<Enter>

Any advise would be appreciated.

The first macro in this article uses the send calendar function - but it creates a new message, not insert it into an open message.

That's prefect, Diane! Thank you for pointing me towards a post that addresses my question on how to automate the process of emailing my availability calendar to my clients. I will give it a shot.
 
BTW - the best I can do so far is add the ics attachment to an open compose message. It looks like you would need to copy and paste to add the formatted availability to the body.

Thank you, Diane! It *did* automatically insert a calendar, which is very cool! 😃 Unfortunately, it is inserting the wrong calendar. A local calendar maybe. I have been manually inserting a business calendar called Availability, which has been working great - even though the Availability calendar is an iCloud calendar. But when I run the macro, it doesn't prompt for a calendar and just defaults to my personal calendar - which I'm guessing the one that says "Calendar (This computer only)". Is there a way to make it select the correct calendar, or at the very least, prompt me for the correct calendar? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
