Macro in this Project are disabled

I installed a maco from this site and then self certified the maco. I also went into the trust center and have macro setting to "Notifications for digitally signed macros, all others are disabled"

When I try to run the macro I get a popup shown below. Please advise how to fix

I have some notes on this problem. But they are for older versions of Outlook. I apologize in advance if they don't apply to your newer version.

What works for me is to run Outlook As Administrator just once. Note - You normally can't do Run as Administrator from the Outlook shortcut. You have to dig around until you find the actual OUTLOOK.EXE and right-click it. Mine's in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\OfficeXX" but yours may be someplace else.

If that fails, here (last message on the first page) is an old thread from Microsoft Answers with a scorched Earth solution. I have never had to get this extreme so I can't speak to how many of the steps he goes thru are really necessary.

Thanks for the response. I finally figured out how to resolve the problem. When I was in the Visual Basic screen, I did not click on File>save. I just exited and when I go out of Outlook I hit on save. Once I did a file>save in the VB screen, it works fine.
