Help creating a VBA macro with conditional formatting to change the font color of all external emails to red

Hi I am totally new to creating Macro's but I have a task for which I know it is possible but have not found a way to create a VBA script \ macro for it.

We are on an exchange environment and like to apply a custom view (conditional formatting) that marks all recipients with "@" on their email address as external and change the font to red. Purpose is to give a visual feedback to users when opening emails from external resources. This is to be applied to about 80 machines.

Manually this can be easily done via Views->Conditional Formatting-> "create a filter and add "@" to the From field then changing font color to red.

VBA will be a PITA to use on 80 machines - you need to change security on each computer and run it. :(

But if the purpose is to identify outside sender, adding [External] to the subject on the exchange server (Mail flow rule) would be 1000x easier and users won't be able to hide it by changing the view.

In deed it is...

We are applying the Mail flow rule as well. The conditional formating it another layer to visually identify External emails.
