Help to understand the problem of work

Outlook 2010 32 bit
Email Account

I had a problem with my work in the office, because I could not get to the message of the service that I needed access to. Unexpected error prevented access to this file. I use MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2007 on Windows 8.1. Use ScanDisk to check for errors, and then try again using the "Restore Folders" tool. What should I do now?
