Hi All I am trying to resolve an issue with a windows 10 outlook 2013 maintain connection to a hosted exchange 2016 after re start of outlook.
My issue began a few weeks ago where I was getting failed to connect to exchange server and proxy certificate errors and repeated password prompts, with the result in exchange server offline or not connected.
I have confirmed login and server details with my host provider and having done a fair amount of googling and trial an error changes to profiles etc I find my self on this forum and hope something I mention may give a clue to my issue.
So my situation now is from another PC A, where outlook is working, I exported registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Office/15
Import it into PC B and outlook works perfectly until I re start outlook.
When it fails I close all errors messages, Prompts and exit outlook. Then import the registry key and re start outlook again.
Seems like outlook is changing the registry key and killing my connection.
Any help or comments appreciated.
Lyndon
