Hi:
Sometime in 2016 my iCloud Contacts disappeared from my folder pane, as well as from the pop-up window in a new e-mail when clicking on the To field. I was still able to access it through the Address Book so I wasn't overly concerned and never found/made the time to try to figure it out.
Well, today I tried to send an email and discovered that my Address Book is now totally empty. Not even my Yahoo contacts are there. (I haven't used my Yahoo contacts in years and it was nowhere near the size of my Outlook contacts and they are seriously outdated.)
I checked my file locations and they have not changed. The last time I successfully used my iCloud contacts via my Outlook address book was on 6/11/17.
I ran a search for my .PST files and they are located in the same location as indicated in my Outlook Account Settings Data Files screen.
I saw in another post the suggestion to empty my cache, and while I think that might not apply to the desktop Outlook 2013, I did it anyway. Nothing changed.
I find it very strange that in the last couple of weeks I've lost all my contacts. I haven't changed any settings in my Outlook. Could Microsoft's latest update contributed to or caused this to happen?
Help!
Thanks,
JillK
