I have created a custom contact form that contains the contact information for all our clients. What i would like to be able to do in simple terms is when a client calls to make an appointment, click his contact and make the appointment from there so that i don't have to type in his name or any of his other information into the calendar. What would be the best way to do this, if it is even possible? If you know of a more efficient way to do it, i would appreciate that info as well...Thank you.
