Lost calendar and contacts to icloud: Help!

My calendar and contacts no longer show up in Outlook. I tried to remove them from residing in the Cloud by removing iCloud but it's still there. I am not computer illiterate so I really need help. I don't care if they're in the cloud but I really need my calendar and contacts directly assessable as I use email and work in Outlook.
