We have Exchange Server 2013 installed on our local network. Our users are operating Outlook 2010 on Windows 7.
We have been using custom outlook forms for several years. Recently I moved the content of one mailbox to a new mailbox and then deleted the old mailbox. In that process our custom outlook forms disappeared. We have searched everywhere. We cannot find any locally cached .tmp forms that we could use to regenerate the old forms.
Can you offer (a) any advice (b) an explanation of what may have happened.
You assistance (or assistance from any other members of the forum) would be much appreciated.
