I use Outlook 365 Tasks on my Win11 desktop for all my task management. I also rely on Microsoft’s Android To Do for routinely accessing them on my phone when traveling. Unfortunately, the formatting between the two apps is not compatible so I have eliminated all graphics and keep the formatting simple.
However, there are still problems; for example, even though bullets are now supported in To Do, they don’t sync properly with Tasks
I originally defined the bullet list in To Do as follows:
In Outlook Tasks, it looks like this
• Plan1
• Sub A
• Sub B
• Sub C
• Sub D
I have also tried first defining the list in Outlook Tasks, and in To Do, it looks fine, but if I make any edit, once opened again in Outlook, the list is flattened as above.
Is there a particular font or type of bullet character that would sync better?
Thanks!
