Email Format getting changed to Plain Text

Hi,

Please can anyone help me in solving the issue wherein the Email generated from Outlook 2007 via Exchnage Server 2010 sent out in HTML format is reaching few of the recipients in Plain Text Format where as for others in HTML format.

Kindly guide in fixing it.

Possible causes:

the HTML part is getting dropped by the receiving server

antivirus on the client removes the html part (less likely)

their mail client doesn't support HTML.

you have their contact set to receive plain text only.

you are sending the message as RTF, not html, and they don't use outlook.
