Downloading everything from my email address

Hi, I want to download all of the contents of my email address since I am leaving my job and I need to do it as quickly as possible since it is getting deleted later this week.

I know that I need to export it as a .pst file but when using new outlook, it keeps signing me out and the export keeps failing, I believe that its because of the amount of files.
