After downloading, I am unable to add an account using hotmail connector

Help: I have downloaded outlook hotmail connector to two machines. I click on 'add account' and nothing happens!


1. both machines are on XP


2. one machine has outlook 2003


3. one machine has outlook 2007




Any advice as to why nothing is happening?

Close Outlook. Go to Control panel, Mail and open your profile. Can you add the Hotmail account from this dialog?
