BCM Text Boxes & tabs are too short when downloading to Office 365

I downloaded the full version of BCM from this link
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=36513 to use with Office 365. Everything appears to have installed correctly except the text boxes and tabs do not display correctly. the text boxes are too short or narrow and you can't see the words that are displayed in the boxes.

Is there a way to fix this?
I am using the new Windows 10 operating system and Outlook 2013 that is part of Office 365.
