BCM 2010 randmoly going offline

Outlook 2010 32 bit
Email Account
IMAP
Modem died, replaced. DNS is external DNS as was on previous modem.
Ever since then BCM 2010 drops connections on all computers (8) several times a day.
Connections do not drop at the exact same moment. Usually 2 or 3 will drop within 5 minutes of each other.
Other computers may not drop for a couple of hours.
Most of the time can manually reconnect. Sometimes have to reboot PC to reconnect.
BCM is on Windows Small Business Server 2011 Essentials.
PC's are all Office 2010. Some of Win 7 x32, some are Win 7x64 and two are Win 8 x64.
