BCM 2007 to 2010 migration failure issue

Hello,

I have a client running Windows 7, Outlook 2010, and BCM 2010.

BCM 2010 is installed and running fine.

I previously ran BCM 2007 on Outlook 2007.

Problem:

Migration of database from 2007 version to 2010 version fails.

In OutlookBCM, when I connect to the database, it attempts to migrate but fails after a while. No error message except "migration failed".

I have installed the 2010 database tool and it too fails when trying to convert the 2007 version to the 2010 version.

I have tried restoring older back ups of the database but they too fail the migration.

Not sure what else I can try. Any ideas and assistance would be greatly appreciated!
