Hi,
I'm currently running Outlook 2003 with BCM and have been for around 18 months. We are due to update to 2010 soon and I would like to get my colleagues using BCM as I can see advantages to the business by using it like a CRM tool.<O</O

My questions is can I allow access to only certain accounts and not all the accounts in the database? The reason I ask this is it seems straight forward to allow database access using the wizard but this will allow others to see all my information and I can’t allow this. <O</O
<O</O
Do we also need to install the data on our server (Exchange 2007 I think) or can we just nominate certain colleagues to control the main accounts and allow access for others? <O</O
<O</O
Thanks in advance <O</O
