Hello all, new forum user here!
I have a one-man engineering consultant business with about 150 (existing and potential) clients and I would like to get a better CRM tool than I have today (which is nothing really except the note field in contacts and attempts to use the Journal with mixed results).
At first I considered going online to use one of the many CRM offers but I want something that automatically traces mails, meetings etc. as I know I will never manually add these to a CRM system.
As I use Outlook already and have alle the contacts there, I plan to upgrade to 2010 or 2013 and add BCM as a local installation.
I want a solid system with as few issues as possible so I would like to ask you if I should stay with 2010 or if 2013 BCM has matured enough to be reliable.
thanks
JimR
