BCM 2010 account names import in reverse order

When I import accounts into BCM 2010 their names appear in "last, first" order (e.g. Plumbing, Fred Bloggs). I want them to be of the form "first last" (e.g. Fred Bloggs Plumbing"). I have googled this and I have seen the same problem with BCM 2007, but the fix given for his does not work for BCM 2010? Any suggestions?

i don't know how to fix it, but after they are imported, you can select the contacts and run the "Change selected contacts in any folder" macro at Bulk Change File As Format for Contacts - Slipstick Systems

File, Options, Trust Center, Macros - set macro security to low.

Press Alt+F11 to open the VBA editor

right click on project1 and choose Insert > Module

copy and paste the code into the new module

The strFileAs line that uses the format you want is already uncommented.

in your case, you'll use strFileAs = .FullName and with the other lines removed, it will look like this
With objContact
'Firstname Lastname format
strFileAs = .FullName
.FileAs = strFileAs
.Save
End With

Select the contacts and click the Run button. You can select 1 contact and test it before selecting all contacts.

Managed to figure it out!

VB was not enabled in Outlook.
