At last a BCM alternative... Outlook Customer Mngr 365!

Is it time to ditch BCM in favour of this 365 offering?

Having spent 6 weeks on a daily dialogue with Microsoft trying to get BCM running on my office desktop it is actually stable enough to work with 4,000 contacts! However I do like the idea of sharing it across pc's via the cloud.

I'm not sure that I can trial it with my data unless I switch from Exchange to 365.

Has anyone any practical experience with it?
