Outlook 2013 32 bit

Outlook.com (as MS Exchange)
During the last month, my Droid phone with OL.com app will not update emails. It may or may not sync manually and even if it does, it may have a comment "Last Connection 7/29/2014 @ 7:45 am".

I can check my mail on the OL.com web or Ol.2013 desktop and see new email that do not show up on the phone.

I have checked and unchecked every 'Setting' for the App a hundred times to no avail.

Anyone else having the same problem?
 
Have you tried removing the account and re-adding it? Which mail app are you using - the outlook.com app or did you set it up as a corporate account? (My droid needs recharged so I can't see if mine is having problems connecting.)
