Outlook keep loosing connection to the exchange server

We have recently moved from I house hosted Lotusnotes mail to hosted Ms Exchange. All our users are linked up to the Exchange server. some users keeps loosing connection to the server and automatically get reconnected again after few minutes.

does anyone have a solution to this?
 
Is it always the same users? Have you looked in the Windows event viewer for clues?

The sync issues folder in Outlook can be checked too.

If random users are affected, it could be network issues - too many trying to use a limited number of connections. In this case, you can disable the warnings so its less annoying -see disable network popups for instructions.

if its always the same users, hold ctrl as you right click on the otlook tray icon and choose Connection status - are all services dropping and reconnecting or just some?
