How to keep Outlook 7 open to full screen

every time I minimize outlook 7, then click on it to read emails, it pops up as a small box rather than full screen. I have done the "maximize" options as suggested but still no luck.

You did it!!!! Every other answer I got was to maximize properties. none worked, of course. Your simple suggestion worked like a charm. Thanks tons.:rolleyes:
