How to add personal notes to a meeting - and keep them if update sent?

Hello,




Is there a way to add personal text and attachments to accepted calendar meetings and prevent them from being lost if the meeting organizer sends an update?


If not, is there a way to link a separate Note item to the meeting and make it persist?




We're using Exchange 2010 with Outlook 2010.

No, there isn't. I recommend making notes in a copy of the event or in Onenote. I believe the updated event will use the same link, although I never tested this scenario.
