Automatically add senders first name to a greeting

Outlook 2019 64-bit
Email Account
Exchange Server
I am running Outlook 365. I am looking for something that would grab the sender's first name and reply with a message like "Hi Sender's First Name . I will say I am completely lost with VBA but I can copy paste! :)

Any help would be appreciated!
