Recently, Outlook has been automatically adding a category, to my Tasks, that I never created. The following is a screen shot showing an example. I created the Sales Operations category, but Outlook created and assigned the 'CRM' category. These are pretty annoying. I've checked my Rules and nothing to delete to fix this. I found an article that suggested: Win+R and typing: outlook /cleanconvongoingactions. I tried, but it didn't work.
