New Contacts keep coming up as company

Outlook.com (as MS Exchange)
Windows 10 x64 Creators Edition
Outlook 2016 x64
Hotmail Account running in Outlook 2016 x64

Anytime I create a new contact it keeps going under "COMPANY" it is driving me nuts

Does anyone know how to fix this?
