Dear all

We will migrate all our MSSQL 2008 instances to MSSQL 2012.
Amongst these we have the BCM Database.

Will the BCM Database run on MSSQL 2012?
Any official statement regarding this scenario?

It *should* work, but i haven't seen any official word on it and I can't recall if anyone said whether they got it to work.

Note that BCM is effectively dead - they are not releasing a version to work with Outlook 2016 - if you have a subscription to Office 365, you need to block automatic upgrades. Consumer side (Home etc) will begin upgrading Oct 1, business subs will autoupgrade in Feb 2016.

Altough not what I expected, thank you very much for the valuable information.
As for the BCM future development a "zombie" BCM will also deliver :)
In the meantime we will test internally the compatibility with MSSQL 2012.

I will update this thread with our findings.
