Hello,
I wonder of what I am trying to do is possible and logical.
I want to use BCM for our job interviews wit people, I think of making a project for each interview and link this project to this person for which we make a business contact.
2 question to see whether BCM is the way to go:
1 - A person can be an employee of a company or organisation. In that case we can link this person to an account.
What I do not understand is that a business project can also be linked to an account; that way a project could be indirectly linked with to different accounts.
2 - It would be convenient to be able to distinguish business contacts from persons we actually worked with, so for which there exists one or more projects. Is it possible and logical to make a separate record type, for instance "Clients", and to have them show up in their own overview next to regular business contacts?
3 - Is there a way to show the projects that are linked to a contact persons or account in the contact person and account overview?
Thanks in advance,
Mark
