Downloading Comcast subfolders to Outlook via IMAP

Greetings all...

I have a client who has over a decade worth of e-mail and dozens of subfolders in his Comcast e-mail account. He wants to convert to our hosted Exchange solution.

I have enabled IMAP, but the subfolders don't populate in Outlook. Is it possible to access them and then back it up as a PST in advance of migration to Exchange?

The account is set up as IMAP in Outlook? Right click on the inbox folder in Outlook and choose IMAP folders... then click the Query button. Is there a folder icon next to the folder names? If not select them and click Subscribe.
