Aloha-- I recently purchased Office 365 Personal (with Office 2016). I was using Office 2010 but I uninstalled it before installing 365. I did save my original PST files and am using them with Office 2016. I am trying to change the view to open all folders and subfolders in Outlook in a collapsed state rather then the as previously viewed but I just cannot get them to "stick". I would also like them to show the dates as today/yesterday/last week etc and show the received as ascending. And I do not need the preview pane at all. I would like to be able to set them ALL at once if possible rather than individually since there are quite a few. Obviously I am doing something wrong. TIA for any suggestions as to how to get this done. I hope I included all pertinent info above.
