Moving Public Folders to New Database

I have a server named Center-Server with a corrupt mailbox named Mailbox Database 1458548081. I have moved all of the user mailboxes to a new Mailbox named CTTO 4-6-21. How do I go about migrating the Public Folders from Mailbox Database 1458548081 to CTTO 4-6-21?
 
Is the database mounted?
What version of Exchange?

Typically, you would create a new public folder database on a second server and then use the moveallreplicas cmdlet to move the folders. But you only have one server, correct?
