Moving Imported folder

Hi There
First time on here so please excuse me if this question has already been answered.
I have just moved to a new system. On the old system which was Windows 7 i used Windows live mail as my Email client.
Ive now gone to Windows 10 and Outlook 2019 64bit. I have 5 email accounts and the move went ok except i wanted an imported folder which had a local folder in it with various folders in that to be not associated to an email account, instead it is now inside one of my accounts (see screenshot provided).
Is there anyway of moving the imported folder so it sits below all of my email accounts?
