Moving from 2010 to 365

What is a good way to move files from Outlook 2010 to Outlook 365 AFTER Outlook 365 has been used for a few weeks? I opened the 2010 PST file in 365, and I could see all of the messages, but I could not drag the many folders under the Inbox except by doing them one at a time. Maybe that's not the best solution. Thanks.
 
You could set the old pst as default and use it for delivering mail to... that is obviously easiest and preserves the views, categories, rules, and other things not included in an export. Second easiest is export... and you can drag or use the move command but can't select multiple folders (but if you use subfolders, they move with the parent.)
 
I believe the 2010 PST file is 32 bit. Is the PST file compatible with 365? (I thought that was the reason for using drag and drop.) If I were to do an export, would I export from 2010 to a new PST file? Thank you!
 
PST files don't care about 32/64-bitness.

As long as it is the Unicode format, not ANSI, you can use it. The unicode pst was introduced in Outlook 2003, so it's highly likely it is unicode.

ANSI pst max out at 2GB - so if the pst is larger, it is definitely unicode.

Current versions can open either pst format but ANSI should be exported to unicode if you are going to use them in Outlook.
