Moving "Delete" button on Outlook for Mac

New Mac user with a question. On windows outlook I could move the Delete button within the ribbon and even add an additional delete button. Is there any way to do similar in the Mac version?
 
Well, in some of the office 2011 apps, you can customize the Ribbon by clicking the gear at the right edge of the Ribbon. Outlook doesn't have the gear, so as far as i know, no you can't customize the ribbon.
