On a Windows 11 laptop running Microsoft 365 (Latest Version) we are recently seeing issues opening a Shared Calendar. We get the error "The set of folders cannot be opened". If I turn off Cached Exchange Mode then I can access the Shared Calendar. I am running out of things to try and it used to work for about 1 year and now it has gone sideways on me. Any suggestions?
Things I have tried.
- In Cached Exchange Mode Settings I have unchecked Download Shared Folders.
- Deleted the OST files and let Outlook recreate the files from scratch.
- Created a whole new Profile.
