Opening Attachments - in People

I have Contacts (People) in Outlook 2016 that contain attachments e.g. a pdf file or word file. In Office365 these attachments don't appear.

Is there a way of being able to see attachments contained in Contacts (People) so they can be opened Office 365?

This is using the Office 365 Exchange Online account, in web access? Attachments aren't visible in Outlook on the web, only in the desktop version. I'm not sure exactly why but it's apparently a limitation of the web app.
 
Thanks. I believe the same problem occurs with url's in contacts. Thought there might be a workaround. I appreciate the response!
