I have lost my customized commands in the toolbar. When I add new commands .. or create a new tool bar, they appear in my tool bar area at the top. But when I exit Outlook and re-open they are all gone. I don't seen any way to save these changes. I exit the customize dialog box as indicated, the changes are there but not saved when I return. This used to work fine but now something is wrong. Thanks for any help.

Diane: thanks. I do have several add-ins I did not request and do not want. When I try to disable them, it get an message that only the "administrator" can disable them. I have a standalone desktop PC and I guess I am the administrator. How do I get Administrator rights so I can get rid of these unwanted add-ins? Thanks. Doug

Diane: I did log in as administrator by "shift rt click" on the Outlook icon. However, the add-ins can not be disabled or removed. I get the same message .. you must log in as administrator! But I did. Any suggestions? Thanks. Doug
