I created appointment forms in Outlook with a P.2 that has user defined fields to keep a count of attendance or numbers of items distributed at different events. The forms are associated with a SharePoint Calendar (not an Office365 group calendar). The goal was to enable all the site members to be able to see the stats of the events for the month but only the person who creates the appointments can see the P.2 & the contents of the fields. I've published them to Outlook folders associated with the SharePoint calendar, I've tried saving them as templates that I copied to the other user's templates directory & the results are the same. I also tried sending the form definition with the item & no difference. Any ideas what I'm missing? Thanks!
