I have four people that are accessing the same department Exchange account using Outlook 2010 from different Windows 7 computers. Each user has their own personal Exchange account, as well as two other department accounts, in the same Outlook 2010 profile (i.e. the new way, not using the "Open these additional mailboxes" way.)
I would've assumed that a view would be a client only setting within Outlook, however if one of the users changes their "Current View" on their computer, it changes the view for the three OTHER users that also access that department Exchange account.
I had a number of other "quirky" issues with using multiple exchange accounts in one Outlook 2010 profile, but I've been able to find workarounds for all of those. This one is stumping me!
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Chris
