Get current open draft message body from VBA

How do I get the currently open draft message object body from VBA?
I want to have a button on the toolbar that parses the message that a user is writing and performs an action on it.

This should be unrelated to the user "Sending" the message. ie the user can perform this action long before the message is ready for sending.
