Outlook Error The Attempted operation Failed. An Object Could Not be found

Hi all
I would like to create an Outlook Message form that has Combo Boxes in the Email Body (Message Text)







  1. In The developer tab, select “Design a form”
  2. From the Standard Forms Library, select “Message” and press the “Open” button
  3. A new message template is created
  4. Publish the Form
  5. Save the form and exit
  6. Go to the “Choose Form” button and select the form I created
  7. Create two Combo Box in MS Word and paste into the Email Body
  8. In the Developer Tab of Outlook, select “Design This form”
  9. Publish the Form
  10. Run the form
The error below appears

Why do I keep getting this error ?
Sometimes the error occurs before I add the Combo Boxes to the message

All help will be highly appreciated
