Just installed Outlook 2010 on computer and user is getting a 0x80004005 error

Hello All

The user originally had 2007 Outlook installed on their computer and it was upgraded to 2010.

The outlook was working fine until a few emails were sent out and then on the bottom of the Outlook program it showed a send and receive error. Then a dialog pop up box came up with the following error

"Sending reported Error 0x80004005 The Operation has failed"

Does anyone know why this error is happening
