I’m not exactly sure if this is the correct forum for this, so here’s to trying.

I can’t seem to log into Outlook via my school portal on FireFox; although, I can through Microsoft Edge. I get the repeated redirect error 500. This has been going on since January and I tried all the suggestions people gave on the Microsoft and FireFox forum, but nothing. Has anyone had this issue and got it solved? I prefer FireFox over Edge, which is why I’m still trying... lol

I'm not a stickler about it, so no "wrong forum!!!" around here. :)

You've tried logging in using a private browser? If it works, you need to clear the browser cache and cookies.

Are you the only user of the school's accounts with this issue?

Have you tried using different hotspots/internet connections?

If you use 3rd party firewall /security software, try turning it off and see if you can connect.



To open a private browser window, right-click on the browser icon on the taskbar and choose the option for a new private or incognito window.
